New School - Community Garden

When we first moved into the new building, almost four years ago now, the children asked if they could have a 'peaceful, tranquil garden' at the back of the school for children, staff and the whole community to enjoy.  We thought this was a great idea and ran a competition to see who could come up with the best design.  Jessica, Matt and Aaron produced the winning design but alas we had no funds at the time to actually create the garden.  Until this year that is!  Therefore during May and early June, Acer Landscapes and garden designer Sarah Murch have been busy producing the children's dream garden.  Below is the story, in photographs, of how the ground behind the school was transformed into a beautiful garden.
